1. Application

4.1.6 Wire is paid off by AC motor and controlled by transducer. The signal of the speed of haul-off wheel is given, which is feedback by pay-off tension controller, and PID control and adjust.
4.1.7 Electrically compacting or relaxing reels and lifting bobbin; DIN800-DIN1600 can loading directly, DIN630 bobbin need to add an inclined splint.

4.3.7 6B single wire pay-off adopts American KB controller to control the DC motor, through the pressure sensor feedback the signal to motor control system, to assure the tension invariance, the actual pay off tension of each bobbin will display on the main operate platform, also can set electric control has tension amend scale quotiety, to make the actual tension same with the display tension. The tension sensor is on the wire outlet of bobbin.
4.3.8 P/O tension of single wire in16B cage is controlled by mechanical friction, and can be adjusted.
4.3.9 There are 6 distributing around the stand of bobbins of 6B,18B cage. Aligning bear of stranding body can reach double support. In middle of 18B has a high density and high strength hydroxyl benzene aldehyde press plank conveyor idler to support, 6B and 12B motor shield pole dia. ��/span>30mm.
4.3.10 Two sect. Stranding cages adopt planet chain wheel to back twist, can reach 100% back-twist.
4.3.11 Adopting dish type pneumatic brake device; the natural time of stopping work is ≤20S, and the time of urgent stopping work is ≤8S.
4.3.12 Shaft-less type pneumatic (manual is available) clamping reels, mechanical locking insuring. It is safe, reliable and easy to operate. (Supply 1 set of pneumatic tool )
4.3.13 Shield is rotate structure, it has the electric safety protection function, and it has a fix safety shield behind the cage.
4.3.14 With the single wire pre-form device. This device is equipped with three round plate with pre-twist guide wheel. The first and the third pre-twist guide wheel of round plate is fixed. The first and second round plates can move back and front. The pre-twist guide wheel of middle round plate can move up and down. The round plate has scale, and the beginning of scale is in a same circle.

4.7.1 Power supply : 3 phase 5 wires 380V(±10%) 50HZ��/span>
4.7.2 Cage motor, capstan motor adopt DC motor, British Eurotherm 590 DC speed regulating control. The whole machine adopt SIEMENS PLC and touch screen through PROFI-BUS chief wire communication unify to control, has high precision control. The synch precision of whole machine ≤0.5% when start-up and running, emergency stop ≤0.8%. the technics parameter can adjust on touch screw, also can control the start-up, stop and error query on touch screw.
