4.3Drawing main machine :
Aluminum alloy rod drawing part is driven by two sets of DC motors, main drawing machine is driven by 315KW of DC motor through gear box transmission to 12 pieces of drawing capstans, the final drawing capstan is fitted with an independent DC motor with power of 75KW and transmission by teeth belt. The transmission ratio with main drawing machine can be adjustable. With the use of high-strength cylindrical bevel hardened gears, transmission is smooth. The High-speed drawing capstans are made of alloy steel with chromed surface heat treated, the hardness HV≥85, so the using life is long. Drawing bearings are NSK bearings. The drawing dies holder is made of iron and the final die can rotate to ensure the product’ round section. There are compact wheels between adjacent capstans and total 11 pieces.
The distance between gear box and water tank is 100mm, where is equipped of trough to keep leak from gear box. Lubricating oil is ejected into bearings from lateral to ensure using life of bearings.
Tanks are made of HT200 cast iron in whole casting way to reduce vibration. Drawing box has double covers to seal. Covers are made of stainless steel and outer cover has six parts and inner cover has four parts and can be open/closed by hand. All oil seals are Taiwan TTO products.
4.4Lubrication system and cooling system for main gear box
Transmission gears are lubricated by oil pump with heat exchanger. Drawing oil soaks 3/4 of drawing capstans and oil lubrication is ejected to drawing dies. Cooling system includes oil lubrication recycle tank, filters, plate type of heat exchangers, pump. The temperature of oil is controlled to 35��~ 50��
4.5Vertical Wire Accumulator
The wire accumulator works together with the take-up, it is composed of two groups of guide rollers and transitional rollers to ensure drawing speed inline with take-up speed. Tensile roller surface is treated with sprinkling argil to improve guide rollers using time and product quality. The length of wire is 7 meters. Tensile strength is controlled by pneumatic compaction and air pressure is adjustable with range of 0.3~0.6Mpa.
4.6Twin-spool take-up.
��00/��30 twin-spool take-up is designed vertical type. It is capable of taking up aluminum wire ranging from ��.8mm to ��.8mm. with automatic change of spools to achieve continuous operation. The twin-spools driven by two DC motors than match the drawing machine proper, are clamped by hydraulic means and locked by mechanical means, so it is secure and reliable. Traversing is by hydraulic transmission to ensure the wire laying smoothly and evenly at high speed. The spools are loaded and unloaded by hydraulic elevation, whereby an oil cylinder pushes up to help the spool fall into the position. In the hydraulic system, energy-storage device and automatic overflow device are used to release load, and for solenoid valve integrated circuit is used to ensure secure, reliable and leakage-free performance. The temperature of lubricant rises usually between 25 ��nd 35��installed with thermocouple to check the oil temperature. From free-load to full load, changing spool are controlled by electric PLC and performance achieves 99%.
5. Electrical Control System.
The electrical control system for -450/13 high-speed drawing machine includes controls to the drawing machine proper, twin-spool take-up, traversing and auxiliary units and Siemen PLC intelligent relay control. With advanced control means, reliable performance and protection. It is easy to control the operation of the whole machine.
5.1Power supply cabinet.
This cabinet is consisted of power switch DK, indicator light 1HL1 and 3-phrase Voltage meter.
5.2Drawing motor transmission cabinet.
It includes Siemens DC speed regulator and transmission controller 2A1-2A2 for main drawing motor and final capstan motor, other controllers for blower, cooling pump, oil pump, heat exchanger. The cabinet can realize movement together between drawing main motor and final capstan motor, start/stop of cooling pump and oil pump. It can protect and control and alarm the over-heat, over electric current, over speed of motors and other faults.
5.3Twin-spool take-up control cabinet.
It includes 3A1-3A2 of Siemens full digital DC speed regulator controller and other controllers for blower, pumps. It can realize twin-spool motors move independently, mover together and automatically reducing speed to change bobbin in running or bobbin changing in stop. Automatic tension control is possible with the take-up and automatic inspection of take-up condition and it is possible to cut off the wire at preset length and change the spool automatically.
5.4Relay cabinet
It is consist of control power supply, PLC program controller and auxiliary controllers. It is the key control center and can monitor every measuring points to ensure the whole system runs regularly. PLC control system and external input/output interfaces monitor and inspect the whole running process, and indicate breakdown if there is any.
5.5Main operation desk
It is consist of power switch, emergent stop button and touch screen. It is regarded as the key operation center. A man-machine interface display is available to show measure and direct all parameters, easy to read any page.
